It’s the quality of the staff that has always shined brighter than any diamond, anyone could ever sell. Jonathan is/was my friend and jeweler. While he is no longer with us on this earth, his legacy at Occasions speaks for itself. He took exceptional notes and made sure I knew how to take care of all the items we purchased. Had a custom medical alert bracelet made a couple of years ago. A link broke on one end and the face was very worn. They repaired it at no charge since I had purchased it there. Great job on the bracelet and it looked better than when I first bought it. Thank you!

Everyone is most gracious and helpful. There is no pressure to purchase and the sales staff will go out of their way to select items to view that they feel you would like to see. My grandson (7years) brought in a stone for a ring for his mother. Tank and the rest of staff make him him special, knowledgeable and excited about his choices. By the way the ring turned out awesome. Stop in for a cup of coffee and enjoy the hospitality.

I had batteries replaced in two Brighton clocks. It was done quickly. While I waited everyone was very hospitable. I also needed help with cleaning a silver necklace that had tarnished. Olga gave me the “secret sauce” to do this at home, and it worked beautifully.
